From Shared Dream to Reality
In 2011, those of us who founded Harieka decided to take the leap and use our experience in organizational development to start a company that was true to our values and our vision.
As we sought to create an environment that would foster a true dialogue between consultants, the main topics of discussion at our meetings always revolved around our clients’ needs and the importance of everyone’s input.
We are so proud of the company we have become. In just a few short years, Harieka has earned a reputation as a credible player known for the quality and rigour of its interventions.
Since we launched, we’ve been privileged to support over 145 clients from small, medium and large organizations involved in various sectors: manufacturing, distribution, transportation, municipal, financial services, education, public and para-public, professional services, health, retail and non-profit.
