Johanne Charbonneau

Johanne holds a degree in andragogy (adult education) and in clinical management and interventions. She is a certified Insights practitioner, a professional/supervising coach, and a member of an international coaching corporation.
Johanne specializes in business coaching interventions with executive leaders (presidents, vice-presidents and senior directors). Her humanistic and respectful approach is guided by the ethical contract she develops with her coachees and their openness to receiving transparent and authentic feedback.
Through the years, she has acquired in-depth expertise on relationship challenges, work environment, team work and change management.

Annie Cloutier
CRHA, MBAAssociates, co-founder
A member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA), Annie holds a B.B.A. and an M.B.A., with a major in organizational development.
She started her career working in strategic and advisory positions. In 2002, she became an independent consultant, honing her expertise in organizational analyses, team efficiency, organizational design and change management.
Annie supports senior management in their strategic reflections and is known for her ability to quickly adapt to and grasp the challenges and nuances at play in a variety of complex environments. An educator who has taught at the university level, she has led workshops for hundreds of managers.

Chantale Charbonneau
Analyst and client experience
Chantale boasts an impressive 20+ years of experience in logistics and customer service and has managed Harieka’s internal operations since 2012. If our clients praise our efficiency, it’s largely due to her hard work and organizational skills.
Over the course of her career, Chantal has served as a sales forecasting expert for many large corporations. She has also held management positions, notably as a customer service manager.
Blessed with a head for business and analysis, Chantal ensures that Harieka’s mandates, experts and partners are working like a well-oiled machine.

Lynn Lauzier

Lynn holds a B.B.A. with a major in marketing and management and is a certified executive coach. She is an active member of the International Coach Federation.
Her extensive work experience and education has led Lynn to specialize in business coaching for executives.
Firmly entrenched in the business world for close to 30 years, Lynn has led many Procter & Gamble teams. She also served as VP of Sales at Lise Watier Cosmetics for over 15 years.
A woman who strives for excellence, Lynn believes that anything is possible when you take a results-based approach. She helps her clients aim higher by making lasting and meaningful changes.

Pascal Savard
Psychologist, CRHAOrganizational psychologist and executive coach specializing in leadership
Pascal holds a Master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology and an international coaching certificate. He is a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec and the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA).
Pascal’s areas of expertise include skills evaluation and management coaching. He started his career at a national consulting firm before leading the organizational psychology team of Dolmen Capital Humain, which he co-founded. After honing his skills by working for large companies, he chose to return to consulting and founded Phénix Conseil, a firm that Harieka has worked with on several mandates.

Simon Lafortune
Executive and Organizational Coach
Simon is an executive coach, mentor and senior manager with over 25 years of experience nationally and internationally. He was involved in numerous industries and functions, mostly marketing, communications, sales, finance, general management and event production. Graduate from HEC Business school in Montreal (HR focus), Simon has spent most of his career supporting individuals and teams develop their full potential with his attentive yet creative approach. His practice focuses on management in times of change and uncertainty, team performance and alignment, and international cultural differences in the work environment. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
